It is reported that Dr Stensell of the Lafubale University in sports science found that there are great differences in hunger and the needs for the food after taking different types of sports. This research can provide guidance for people to choose right sports to achieve goals more effectively. Stensell says that the function of the inhibition of appetite lasts a few hours after exercise such as running. If you want to become thinner, you can choose to run without worrying about the significant increase in appetite after exercise.
