In 1832, Auguste Andre Agassi came to a small watch shop in a small village at the area of Jurassic Suoyimiya in Switzerland to learn sales and manufacturing. He soon took over the whole shop and changed its name as Agassiz & Compagnie by his improving technology and mature business environment. In 1985 he gave up the job for illness and delivered the management of the operation of the company to his nephew Ernect Francillon.
